Hinged Welded Spring Bow Casing Pipe Centralizer Casing Stabilizer with Screw Stop Ring

Description:

Casing centralizer as a cementing tool is applied in vertical, deviated and horizontal wells to centralize casing for improving the cementing quality. The cement could be concreted firmed between casing and borehole wall. It can be installed on casing joint or any position working with stop collar for centralizing. Our centralizer with API standard sizes range from 4-1/2” to 20” and surface is coated by powder baking or paint baking. The products have high tensile and yield strength, shock, impact and corrosion resistance performance.

1, Welded Centralizer has more restoring force than non welded centralizer.
2, Integral hinge folded on the inside stay intact even under extreme stress.
3, The End Collars are designed with a Reinforcing Rib stamped into the End Collar to give maximum structural toughness.
4, shipped in half assembled condition for economy in shipping and storage cost.
5, with special Iron Phosphate coating process to prevent from Rust
6, coated with special Polyester Powder.
